Transition Learning Assistant
Fixed Term Transition Learning Assistant
Homai Campus Manurewa, until 18 December 2026
8 hours per day, 5 days per week, Term time only
BLENNZ is looking for an enthusiastic, energetic and responsive person to join their Transition Team as a Fixed Term Learning Assistant for the period Term 3 2025 until the end of the school year 2026.
Experience and a qualification relevant to working with young people aged 17 to 21 years will be an advantage as will experience and adaptability in supporting young people who are blind or have low vision.
In line with the Vulnerable Children’s Act 2014, a Police safety check will need to be completed before employment can commence.
The position is covered by the Support Staff in School Collective Agreement and will be based on experience and qualifications.
